When does All-Access save me money vs. individual courses?▾

If you plan to take more than one course above Domain Zero, All-Access is almost certainly cheaper. Two M1 courses ($198 individual) already cost more than one month of All-Access ($79). If you are exploring multiple domains, All-Access is the clear choice.

Is the certification exam included in the course price?▾

Yes. Every individual course purchase and All-Access subscription includes the certification exam for that course. The only standalone exam fee is the Eagle Standard ($899), which is a capstone exam separate from any single course.

What happens if my All-Access subscription lapses?▾

You keep all certifications you have earned. They are permanent. You lose access to course content and cannot take new exams until you re-subscribe. Your progress is saved and resumes when you return.

How do prerequisites work?▾

Each level requires the previous level in the same domain. Foundation has no prerequisites. Domain Zero requires Foundation. M0 requires Domain Zero. M1 requires M0, and so on. You cannot skip levels, but you can work across multiple domains simultaneously.

What is the refund policy?▾

Individual courses: 30-day money-back guarantee if you have completed less than 25% of the course. All-Access: you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period. No refund for partial periods.

What is the minimum for corporate pricing?▾

Volume discounts start at 5 seats. For fewer than 5 users, individual or All-Access subscriptions are the best option. Contact us for teams of 50+ for custom pricing.

Do certifications expire?▾

M1 through M5 certifications are valid for 12 months and require a maintenance assessment to renew. Foundation and Domain Zero certifications do not expire. The Eagle Standard requires annual revalidation.
